Professional Member Benefits

Thank you for taking the time to better understand the need for your involvement to help educate and treat employees of local corporations and the citizens in your community!

Founded in 1992, the Wellness Education Foundation, is one of the nation’s first wellness and prevention companies.  We are uniquely aligned with local providers, like yourself, to help you grow your practice while helping employers reduce their insurance costs through a healthier workforce and impacting your community be offering universal wellness principles at large.  We provide our Healthcare Provider Members with the tools, resources, support, and sales & marketing to quickly and legitimately grow their business while creating a healthier community.

Certified Wellness Coach

We can quickly assist you in developing new employer relationships in your community through our two-fold business development strategy.  This includes working with insurance professionals (typically employee benefit/health insurance agents/brokers) who build our wellness program into their clients benefit packages and our Corporate Marketing Programs whereby we partner with you in marketing directly to the employers in your area.

Step One:

The first step in learning more about this opportunity is to attend an informational, no-obligation webinar. By viewing the webinar, you’ll understand what employers are looking for and how to effectively develop new corporate relationships.

Call Dr David Wade @ 800-287-9488 or email him @
drwade@wellnesseducationfoundation.org to schedule.

Step Two:

Discuss what you’ve learned with your internal staff and Dr Wade to see if the WEF’s Corporate and Community Wellness Programs are right for your team.

Additional Benefits of Becoming a Member!

Gaining Access to Public Spaces

The Professional Members of the Wellness Education Foundation share the vision of educating the public about wellness.

Members are holistically minded healthcare professionals who devote their time as motivational and keynote speakers, perform Wellness Days, blood pressure checks, health/wellness screenings and deliver educational workshops at no charge or at a discounted fee on health-related topics in their local communities. WEF Professional members are in great demand to speak at schools, corporations, associations, bookstores, health food stores and fitness centers.

All seminars and workshops emphasize preventative care as the key to good health. Workshops and seminars vary in length from 30 minutes to one hour. Audience participation is strongly recommended when possible and those who attend always leave with practical information they can put to use to improve their lives.

The Wellness Education Foundation believes the most significant way to reduce healthcare costs is to educate the public on ways to maintain their health and prevent disease. It is with this purpose in mind that we are pleased to introduce you to The Wellness Education Foundation Professional Member Program.

Represent The WEF

As a member, representing the WEF can give you the privilege of accessing venues for the purpose of lectures or screenings that otherwise might be difficult to access as an individual practioner.

We encourage our members to be pro-active and participate in their community to educate the public. Our ability to provide access to facilities for lectures and screenings can benefit you and your exposure in your community. We are committed to your helping educate the public on wellness, and provide valuable information to help you with this purpose.

Access for Screenings and Surveys

Through the 1st Amendment to the Constitution of the United States, non-profit organizations have access to all municipal, county, state and federal buildings. This includes all public buildings: County Administration Buildings, Department of Motor Vehicles, and the Post Office.

Public buildings that are privately owned are also more accommodating to non profit organizations. Large discount retailers like Wal-Mart, Target, Home Depot, Toys R Us, or Malls will frequently open their facility to help expand your community Wellness efforts.

Access for Lectures and Workshops

Many locations open their doors to non-profit members to provide lectures to the public. Can you imagine providing a workshop on wellness, diabetes, smoking cessation, headaches, carpal tunnel, female health problems, fibromyalgia, preventing back pain, or any number of topics to the employees of the largest employers in your area? The Wellness Education Foundation presents the workshop with you as the guest speaker. Public libraries, community rooms, and businesses are more open to inviting the non-profit organization than individual doctor’s offices.
